Remove the rubber band.

After pulling the belt thru the 
boom with a long wire with 
bended end put on the tailrotor 
housing that the screws of the 
brackets fi t fully in the slots of 
the boom. Lokk in the housing 
that the brackets are vertical. If 
not yet then open the screws a 
bit more.

Insert the tail pulley into the 
belt from the side that has no 
washer yet and put it into the 
tail housing.
