Remove paper in the front of the stabilizer and perform two bevels as pictured. Follow up with

a sander and form curves, by focusing the rubbing motion near the middle of the bevels.

The curved cavities will allow the horizontal stabilizer to sit cleanly on the fuselage. Sand

additionally if needed. Once satisfied with the fit, glue the stabilizer to the fuselage.
