Place one wing-half flat on the table upside down, letting the other half hang over the table.

Cut out the aileron hinge and provide some relief on the ends to ensure free motion.

Repeat this process for the other wing-half. Lightly etch the bottom of each aileron roughly 1

DTFB sheet’s width from the hinge and remove the paper. Bevel/sand the exposed foam.
