The process for molding and gluing down each flap will be similar to the steps taken for the

fuselage skin. However, trimming the formers will be much more important here.

Use a blade or a sanding block to bevel the front edge of each former that prevents a flap from

molding over fully and sitting down properly. Remove paper on the formers to ease trimming.
