Electrical connection

The appliance stack is supplied with a
connection cable and a NEMA L 15-30P
plug.

,

The voltage, rated load and fuse

rating are given on the data plate.
Please ensure these match the
on-site electrical supply.

Connection to the electrical supply
must only be carried out by a suitably
qualified, competent and authorized
person, in accordance with current
local and national safety regulations.

Connection should be made via
suitable isolators or plugs.
Plug and socket connections will also
make it easier to carry out mandatory
safety checks, e.g.after commissioning
or maintenance.

This machine must be connected to a
permanent electrical supply so that the
door can always be opened.

If the appliance stack is hard-wired,
provision should be made on-site for
all-pole simultaneous disconnection for
both appliances.

The disconnection point and the plug
and socket connections must be
located immediately next to the
appliances. Both must be easily
recognizable and accessible for
disconnection at any time.

Lock-off or other wise secure the

device used for isolation to prevent
unauthorized reconnection.

For extra safety, it is advisable to
protect the appliances with suitable
residual current devices (RCD) with a
trip current of 30mA.
