Disposing of the packaging
materials
The packaging materials help protect
the appliance during transport. They
have been selected from
environmentally responsible materials
and are intended to be recycled.
Recycling the packaging materials
saves raw materials and reduces
waste. The packaging materials can be
returned to your dealer.
Disposing of your old
appliance
Old electric and electronic equipment
still contains useful materials that can
be recovered. However, it may also
contain harmful substances that were
necessary for their function and safe
use. Improperly disposing of these
items in your household waste can be
harmful to people's health and to the
environment. This is why it is important
NEVER to dispose of your old
appliance with your regular household
waste.
Instead, please contact your
municipality's waste collection centre to
return and recycle electric and
electronic appliances.
Please take care not to damage the
pipework while the appliance is being
stored for transport.
By protecting the pipework, you help
keep the coolants and compressor oil
from contaminating the environment.
Please make sure the appliance is
child-proof while in storage prior to
disposal. More information can be
