Is there any water kept in the
drum?
Check the pump filter.
Open the service panel on the front of the unit to
drainage water out manually.
Clean the filter if blocked.
Is the temperature of the drum
higher than 50
o
C
Wait for the temperature drops down.
Check if the unit can unlock
the door.
Use a stick to unlock the door as following:
No
Push or Slide the slider downwards to open the lock.
Check the door lock. Replace it if failure.
Yes
Enter the test mode for pump
test, water switch test.
Check the pump wires, water switch wires.
Replace the relative parts if failure.
Replace the PCBs.
