MICROPLEX

Operator’s Manual SOLID F40

Edition 1.1

7.5. Pre-Charger Replacing

After having printed every 50,000 pages A4 landscape the pre-
charger has to be refurbished.
After having printed 200,000 pages A4 landscape the pre-charger
has to be replaced.

Turn off the printer and pull the power plug before start working at
the chargers.

1. Open the front cover of the printer.

2. Open the waste toner recovery unit.

3. Turn to loosen the green knob screw of the pre-charger and
pull the pre-charger out towards you.

4. Install the new charger in its original position and tighten the
screw.

5. Close the waste toner recovery unit.

Make sure the bar has engaged.

6. Close the printer’s front cover.
