2 INSTALLATION

2.1 Safety

It is essential that the installation of the electrical and

gas supplies to this instrument be undertaken by qualifi ed

personnel.

2.2

Unpacking the Instrument

The MDM300 I.S. instrument is packed into a standard box and the method of unpacking

is shown below:

Packing Method

Open the box (1) and unpack carefully.

Remove the MDM300 I.S. (2), the user’s manual (3) and the accessories

box (4).

Save all the packing materials for the purpose of returning the instrument

for re-calibration or any warranty claims.

If the optional carry bag has been ordered it will be located underneath

the foam insert, in a cardboard box.
