Electric Power Steering (EPS)
If EPS has fault or fails to work

it will be very
heavy to turn steering wheel and dangerous
to drive.
EPS works only when engine is running, EPS motor
provides power to assist steering, it can automatically
adjust the steering force based on vehicle speed, steering
torque and steering angle.
EPS has the advantages of simple structure and power
saving.
Compared with traditional hydraulic power
steering, EPS only needs power during actual steering,
which can help reduce power consumption.
IMPORTANT
When EPS works, if steering wheel is held at the limit
position for a long time, assistant force of EPS will
decrease and handle will be worse.
