stays on.
ABS Malfunction Indicator Lamp - Yellow
ABS
With the ignition switch in position 2, this lamp
illuminates to conduct a system self-check and extinguishes
upon the completion. If this lamp stays on or illuminates
during driving, it indicates that the ABS system has a failure.
Please contact a local Authorised Repairer for service as
soon as possible.
If an ABS failure occurs while driving, ABS operation will be
suspended, but normal braking will still be available. Please
contact a local Authorised Repairer for service as soon as
possible.
Brake System Malfunction Indicator Lamp -
Red
With the ignition switch in position 2, this lamp
illuminates to conduct a system self-check. If this lamp stays
on or illuminates during driving, it indicates a failure such
as brake fluid loss, parking brake not released or electronic
brake force distribution failure occurs.
The lamp illuminates when the parking brake is applied and
extinguishes when it is fully released. If the parking brake
is not released, the lamp stays on.
If the lamp stays on after the parking brake has been
released, it indicates the braking system has a failure.
Please contact a local Authorised Repairer for service
as soon as possible. Please check the brake fluid level
(refer to "Brake" in "Service and Maintenance" section).
If the lamp remains on, stop the vehicle as soon as safety
permits and contact a local Authorised Repairer for
service immediately.
Engine Malfunction Indicator Lamp - Yellow
With the ignition switch in position 2, this
lamp illuminates to conduct a system self-check and
extinguishes upon the completion.
If this lamp stays
on or illuminates during driving, it indicates the engine
management system detects a failure which seriously
