Windscreen Wiper Operation

The wiper and washer can operate only when the ignition
switch is turned to ON position.
Pushing the stalk switch up to different positions may select
different wiping speeds:
• Intermittent/Auto (Figure 1)
• Normal (Figure 2)
• Fast (Figure 3)
Stroke wiping
Press the stalk switch down (Figure 4) and release, the
wiper will wipe once at normal speed. If the stalk switch
is held at the lower position, the wiper will wipe at normal
speed continuously until the stalk switch is released.
Adjustable intermittent wiping interval
When the stalk switch is moved to Intermittent /Auto
position, rotate the switch (Figure 5) to alter the wiping
interval.
