Vehicle Identification Markings
1 Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

When communicating with a local Authorised Repairer,
always quote the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). If
the engine or transmission is involved, it may be required
to provide the identification numbers of these assemblies.
Locations of Vehicle Identification Markings
Vehicle Identification Number
• Located on the instrument panel at the left lower corner
of the windscreen, visible through the left lower corner
of the windscreen;
• On the vehicle identification plate;
• Within the engine compartment, on the dashboard at
the right side.
• Located on the left rear end of the trunk lid, visible by
opening the trunk lid.
Note: The diagnostic interface of the vehicle is located
above the accelerator pedal, with the special scan tool
of manufacturer, the VIN information can be read from
IPK (Instrument Pack).
Engine Number
Stamped on the right front side of the engine block (view
from the front end of the vehicle).
Transmission Number
