Remove & replace both pins
from these positions to allow
diagonal tube to slide out &
attach to guiding profile plates
Temporary post shore, by
others, allows for safe work
under platform until necessary
connections can be made.
Assembly process
Step 10
Attach the appropriate length guiding profile
extension MGC to the guiding profile MGC
with a single pin and let the bottom rest
on the ground. Prepare to lift the entire
platform upwards by attaching a four-way
sling to each of the available crane eyes on
the horizontal wailer MGC.
Step 9
Once the horizontal wailer is in the horizontal
position, place (2) post shores
with forked
prop heads under the stringer furthest from
the wall. This will help stabilze the load of the
platform until the remainder of the pins are
placed and the crane hook can be removed.
Replace the top pin of the guiding profile
MGC. Remove the pin from the telescoping
horizontal tube and extend to the recieving
plates of the guiding profile. Replace both
pins.
At this point, the climbing brackets are
secure and the crane can be detached from
the platform. The temporary post shores can
also be removed.
