9 Disassembly/decommissioning
The following must be done.
• Disconnected the unit from the power mains - i.e. the electrical wires are removed.
• Close the cold water supply and attach a hose to the drain valve, so that water from the tank
can run to the nearest drain. Disconnect the heat pump module and the circulation pump
from the water tank and blind the pipe accesses in the tank.
• Remove the condensate water pipe/hose.
• Remove the air ducts and close all supply and extract air dampers so that no condensation
forms in the ducts.
The unit has to be decommissioned in the most environmentally proper manner. When the
pro-duct is discarded please observe the local municipal waste removal regulations.
