6.5 Adjustments of speed (low and high speed cam disks)
Prior to any adjustment, the mixer must be at minimum speed, the bowl must be in its top
position and the safety guard, if equipped, must be closed.
Switch off the power to the mixer, this can be done via emergency stop. remove the lid of
the mixer.
Remove the connection between servomotor and Inductive sensor.
At the back of the right bowl arm there is an indicative sensor (Fig.1) which is activated
when the bowl is placed correctly in the bowl arms (all the way back in the bowl arms).
The mixer can only be operated when the sensor is activated.
It is possible to lift the bowl arms even if the bowl is not mounted.
Dismantle shaft for speed regulation (Fig.7): The arm (U) is released from the servomotor
shaft by removing the cotterpin (E) and the pin (T). The arm (U) must not be loosened
from the shaft (V).
