Care, Maintenance and Repairs
10.1 Cleaning and lubrication of the
machine
.Die Unterflur-Leichtmetallkreissäge sollte grundsätzlich nach jeder Benutzung gereinigt werden.
Sweep or wipe all open machine parts with a broom or
cloth at regular intervals.
Treat bare metallic work surfaces with anti-rust spray.
10.1.1 Fill in hydraulic oil
Oil tank capacity: 1 liter
Oil: Shell Tellur C19, BP Energol HLP 10, Petrol Ofisi Spin-
dura 10, Mobil Ote Light

* Maintenace must be performed by authorized personnel
NOTE!
The machine is not covered by the warranty in case
of the following circumstances:
- Defects and defects due to used conditioner oil,
- Faults and defects due to the full and not dischar-
ged water tank
- Failures and defects resulting from the use of non-
recommended lubricants
DANGER!
- Never use solvents to clean plastic parts or painted
surfaces. A surface release and consequential da-
mage may occur.
DANGER!
All moving parts must be free from dirt, dust and
regularly lubricated or oiled (such as bolts).
DANGER!
- Never remove the chips or sanding dust with your
bare hands. There is a risk of cuts due to sharp-
edged chips.
- Never remove the chips or sanding dust with a com-
pressed air blow gun. This can lead to eye injuries
and damage components on the machine.
