drain pump broken:
the presence of the pressure switch makes it possible
to check that the pressure switch contacts haven't reset. In such a case the
fill time-out alarm would be generated.

Acquastop alarm
The acquastop, i.e. a float in the base tray, is an electromechanical safety
device that activates when there is water in the base tray.
In other words, when there's water on the base tray it closes a normally open
contact. By way of a cabled connection, this contact activates the drain pump
until the switch is closed.
When does this happen? There could be a variety of causes although the main
one is most likely a leak from one of the pipes, even a very slight leak, given
that the water is able to accumulate. Hence, it will activate not only when
there is a large outflow of water; it's action can be triggered by very slight
leakages from the water line or as a result of extraordinary failures.

Bit 100 diagram
One of the main differences of this model with respect to previous
dishwashers is that
in
machines with the Stand By button
, (i.e.
dishwashers with
LCD readout
or
graphics display
)
the electronic card is
live when the machine is in Stand By.
(Disconnect the plug from the mains
to cut off the voltage supply to the card and the dishwasher).
Dishwashers with selector switches and LEDs have an On/Off button instead:
when the machine is Off the card is not live.
On the cabling diagram and following photos, the follow utilities are
administered:
• fill solenoid, piloted by Triac (230V, 100mA, P =2W)
• regeneration solenoid, piloted by triac (230V, 100mA, P = 2W)
• directional control valve solenoid, piloted by triac (230V, 100mA, P=2W)
• duo wash motor, piloted by triac (230V, 100mA, P=2W)
• wash pump motor, piloted by triac (230V, 0.8A; P=65W mechanical,
approx. 2800 rpm during normal operation)
• drain pump motor, piloted by triac (230V, 200mA, P=30W)
• heating element, piloted by relay when pressure switch contacts closed
(230V, 10°, P=2000W)
• drying fan, piloted by relay when pressure switch contacts open (230V,
100mA, P=15W)
• door open/closed input (230V; 0.5mA)
N.B.
Do not touch the electronic card when live. Even with a p.d. of 5/12V, given that they are not
isolated, all points on the card must be considered as 230V.
