NOTICE

Using propylene glycol antifreeze in the closed cooling system

can damage the cooling system or the engine. Fill the closed

cooling system with an ethylene glycol antifreeze solution

suitable to the lowest temperature to which the engine will be

exposed.

The coolant section of the closed cooling system must be filled

with a 50/50 mixture of Extended Life Antifreeze/Coolant and

distilled water.

CAUTION

A sudden loss of pressure can cause hot coolant to boil and

discharge violently resulting in serious injury from burns. Allow

the engine to cool down before removing the coolant pressure

cap.

IMPORTANT: When filling the coolant section after it has been

completely drained, the engine should be level or slightly lower

at the flywheel end.

1. Remove the pressure cap from the coolant reservoir.
2. Fill the reservoir to the full mark with the recommended

coolant solution.
