▌ Overview of the call list
Depending on whether your mobile phone sup-
ports the PBAP Bluetooth
®
profile or not, this can
have different effects on the presentation and
functions of the call list.
If the PBAP Bluetooth
®
profile is supported, the
effects are as follows:

The call lists from the mobile phone are dis-
played in the multimedia system.
R
When connecting the mobile phone, you may
have to confirm the connection for the PBAP
Bluetooth
®
profile.
If the PBAP Bluetooth
®
profile is not supported, the
effects are as follows:
R
The multimedia system generates a call list
independently as soon as calls are made in the
vehicle.
R
The call list is not synchronized with the call
lists in the mobile phone.

WARNING Risk of distraction from infor-
mation systems and communications
equipment
If you operate information systems and com-
munication devices integrated in the vehicle
when driving, you could be distracted from the
traffic situation. This could also cause you to
lose control of the vehicle.

Only operate this equipment when the
traffic situation permits.

If you cannot be sure of this, stop the
vehicle whilst paying attention to road
and traffic conditions and operate the
equipment with the vehicle stationary.
You must observe the legal requirements for the
country in which you are currently driving when
operating the multimedia system.
iPhone
® functions can be used via the multimedia
system using Apple CarPlay
®
. They are operated
using the touchscreen, Touch Control or Siri
®
voice control. You can activate voice control by
pressing and holding the £ button on the multi-
function steering wheel.
