Short exposure time will give faster frame rate which will be easier
for adjust the focus. High gain make the image bright but also bring
significant noise. So it is normal to get noisy image in this step.
Step2:
When get bright enough images, adjust your microscope (or
lens) to make the image in focus.
Step3:
Click [Optimize] to optimize the parameter settings: set
longer exposure time and reduce the gain value at the same time
automatically to get low noise images.
Temperature Control
This function is
ONLY
available for the CCD cameras assembled
with temperature control chip.
