DT9857 and DT9857E modules are calibrated at the factory and should not require calibration
for initial use. We recommend that you check and, if necessary, readjust the calibration of the
analog input and analog output circuitry every six months using the DT9857 Calibration
Utility.

Note:

Ensure that you installed the device driver for your module using the Data

Acquisition OMNI CD prior to using the calibration utility.

This chapter describes how to calibrate the analog input and output subsystems of a DT9857
or DT9857E module using the calibration utility.
