The following menu appears:

3. Set the Enabled parameter to Yes .
4. Set the Mode parameter to T1 .
5. Ignore the following parameters, as they do not apply to Leased T1 configurations: Node Type , Switch
Type , and Dialback DN .
6. Set the Line Code and Framing parameters with values provided by the Telco company (CO).
7. Select a value for the Line Build Out parameter to attenuate the signal before it leaves the extender.
Use a value recommended by the Telco company (CO).
Add/Drop Channels - Leased T1 Parameters
Once the WAN port has been configured you need to enable Add/Drop on that WAN port. This is done by
using the Add/Drop services menu.

Access the Add/Drop menu using the following path:

Configuration->Services->Add/Drop

2. Set Add/Drop WAN1 to T1/PRI_Port1.

Note: “X” refers to the ports to be assigned for Add/Drop
