ASSOCIATING A TEXT WITH THE PROGRAM NO.:
- Choose the number of the programme to be completed, turn the knob until the line is displayed
(see Fig. B); after having selected the line, push the knob.
- Choose the letters with the setting button and confirm them in order to compose the text that
shall be written on the right side of the number (see Fig. A).
- You can cancel the letters one by one with the phase key (
).
- Exit and confirm the text by pressing the confirmation key for 4 seconds; the program number
blinks
- Enable the program key (
), the text shall be stored when the program number stops
blinking (buzzer enabled)

COPYING A PROGRAM
With this function, you can copy program No. 1 in position No. 10.
- Choose the program you want to copy (e.g. program No. 1) with the adjustment button, choose
the diskette on the right of the program numbers and confirm.
In this position, you can insert the Program No. (No. 10)
Confirm. Program no. 1 is copied in position 10.

TURNING THE OVEN OFF
By pressing the OFF key (
), the display shows 4 possible programs:
1) Stopping the appliance by draining the steam generator
2) Stopping the appliance without draining the steam generator
3) The quick-cleaning mode
4) The long-cleaning mode
With the selection button (
), select and confirm the desired line and change the cycle
number with:
- the program phase key (
) for a higher cycle number.
- the breather key (
) for a less higher cycle number.
- If the stop is not selected, you can return to the baking mode by enabling the relevant keys.
The draining of the steam generator is enabled and shown on the display at the end of the draining. The light of the baking
area goes off.
If you choose the washing mode, the display shows :
- The time of the chosen cleaning program that you can start by pressing the START/STOP key and you can stop at any
moment by pressing STOP.
- If the stop is not confirmed, you can return to the baking mode by enabling the relevant keys.
- At the end of the drain, the light of the baking area goes off
Before starting a washing cycle, if the temperature of the baking chamber exceeds 60°C, the
beginning of the water is immediately started to cool the oven down, until this temperature goes
below 60°C (this value is indicated by an arrow near the temperature).
In case of an abnormal operation during washing (which is mainly due to lack of water) the display
shows a screen that indicates the need to carry out a manual cleaning of the baking chamber before
using the oven.
