DISPLAY AND MODIFICATION OF THE BAKING PARAMETERS
Each symbol indicates on the display a set value or a measured value in the baking area.
In order to modify a value or parameter, choose the desired row with the selection button
.
The indicator lights up, confirm and modify the settings with the adjustment button.
If you do not change the settings, the light indicator goes off after 2 seconds; if you modify and
confirm the settings, the light of the display goes off after 4 seconds.
Before starting a baking cycle
- The set temperature is displayed
- The clock indicates the manual mode or the set time
- The humidity % is the one set
- The indicated values apply to the turbine speed (speed 1 high or 2 - low).
After starting a baking cycle:
- The temperature of the baking area is displayed
- The clock shows the baking time left
- The humidity % is that of the baking area
- The indicated values apply to the turbine speed (speed 1 or 2)

DISPLAY AND SPECIAL ADJUSTMENTS
4.4.1
RELIEF VALVE
The relief valve allows to expel or maintain the humidity contained in the baking area.
- You can open and close it with the following key
When the key is lit up, the breather is open.
The breather is always closed in steam mode.
The opening is forced when:
- The door is opened;
- The cooling of the baking area is enabled;
- The drain of the steam generator is enabled.
4.4.2
HUMIDIFIER
You can choose the adjustment of the humidifier
:
Enable the convection mode to access this adjustment.
Choose the desired % (-1 to 12) with the adjustment button.
When the appliance is working, the adjustment system injects water in the turbine and in the baking area, according to the
following table.
