CORE PROBE

Enable the relevant key and the temperature value of the roasting-meter shall replace that of the
baking time.  (default setting 60°C)
Choose a roasting-meter cooking temperature with the value setting button.

Enable the START/STOP key

to start the baking (after starting, you can display the baking

time left by enabling the following key

).

The baking ends when the temperature set for the core probe is reached. The buzzer is enabled if
the temperature set for the roasting-meter is greater than 70°C.
A temperature maintenance phase in the combined mode is enabled if the roasting-meter tempe-
rature falls under 70°C:
In combined mode at 160°C:

- the relief valve is closed

· the fan turns at low speed
(These parameters can be modified)
The opening of the door stops this phase of temperature maintenance that cannot be carried out in program mode.

4.4.4

DELTA T FUNCTION

 (

∆∆∆∆∆

T)

This function interlocks the temperature in the baking area to the temperature of the core probe.
The deviation chosen between the two temperatures  (

T) shall remain constant for all the baking time.

Enabling the

T key, the core probe mode is automatically enabled.

The display indicates the setting of the temperature deviation of the baking area with the core probe.
Adjust the temperature

T, and the core probe settings with the adjustment button.

With the

T, mode, it is not possible to choose the temperature setting of the baking area.
