AUTOMATIC OPERATION: PROGRAMMING
The oven allows to save baking cycles, grouped in programs.
Each program consists of maximum 10 phases and contains all the data required for a baking operation.
When you start a multi-phase program, the oven stops working at the end of the last cycle.
You can set and store 99 programs with maximum 10 phases.
A program cannot last more than 23 hours.
4.5.1
CREATING A PROGRAM
- Enable the following program key
to access the function.
- Select the field Program No. on the top left of the display, confirm and choose a Program No.
- In order to compose the first baking phase of the chosen program number, choose the baking
mode (convection
- steam
- combined
+
) by pressing one of the
keys.
After making this choice, the program number blinks. Now you need to set the other values
(temperature, baking time, etc.…)
Turn the knob to choose the parameters of the functions and press it to confirm.
- In order to pass to the following phase: enable the phase key
.
Now you need to compose the mode and define the parameters.
- Confirm and store the program whose No. is blinking by enabling the following program key
.
The buzzer is enabled and the Program No. lights up indicating that the program is being saved.
- Exit the mode without saving the program by pressing the OFF key
.

EXECUTING A PROGRAM
Execute a program previously created:
- Choose the function
- Choose the Program No. with the knob.
- Enable the START/STOP key
At this point the oven shall execute all the programmed cycles.
The display shows:
- The total number of phases
- The phase in progress
- At the end of each phase, the buzzer is enabled 2 seconds
4.5.3
DISPLAYING A PROGRAM
Choose the desired program number
- The display shows the first phase, the mode and the phase parameters.
- In order to see the contents of the other phases, enable the following phase key
.
- During the baking, the display shows the total baking time left, except if a phase is in core probe mode.

EDITING A PROGRAM
Choose the function and the desired program number.
Change the desired parameters, the program number blinks indicating that changes have been made.
Confirm and save the modification by enabling the following key
The buzzer is enabled 1 second and the Program No. stops blinking indicating that the change has been saved.
Before confirming, you can execute a baking with the modified program in order to check the result of the modification and
modify after the end of the baking.
Eliminate a phase and all the relevant parameters by enabling the phase key for 3 seconds.
