TURNING THE OVEN ON AND OFF
After selecting all the parameters previously described, start the baking by pressing the START-STOP key (the
corresponding LED is lit).
The START-STOP key is also used to end the baking when the set time is unlimited. If you set a time and you
press the START-STOP key, the time display shows “Stop” indicating a short baking pause; if you press the key
thrice, the baking restarts.
PROGRAM PHASE KEY
The key is used to create the baking programs automatically or to create a program manually.
This function cancels all the previous baking operations to set a program (See 5.3.3).

T: T DELTA KEY
The
∆
T baking function is used only with the help of the core probe and it is mainly used for long baking
operations at low temperature.
For this kind of baking, set the final temperature you want to reach at the centre of the product and the
difference (
∆
T) with the oven temperature that remains constant in time .
ES: Setting the temperature inside the product at 70°C with
∆
T at 50°C means that the maximum temperature
reached by the oven shall be 120°C at the end of the baking operation.La funzione di cottura

SELECTION AND ADJUSTMENT BUTTON, CONFIRM BUTTON
The (DRIVE) button controls the functions of the oven.
Turn the knob to choose the values of the functions and press it to confirm.
The values you can choose, modify and confirm are set below:
- Temperature
- Time
- Humidity (convection function)
- Ventilation speed

USING THE CONTROL PANEL
4.3.1
SETTING THE TIME
When the appliance is turned on, the display lights up and shows the time.
You can change the displayed time and choose the time display as 12 H or 24 H.
Change the time by pressing the confirm button
for 3 seconds. You can change the displayed
hour with the selection button and confirm.
4.3.2
SELECTING THE BAKING TYPE
You can select the convection baking or steaming or the program function by pressing one of the
proper keys.
In order to use the oven in combined mode, you must press the convection (2) and steam (3) keys
at the same time.
The selected mode is indicated on the display that shows for 5 seconds the temperature set
in the configuration for each mode and after enabling the START, the temperature of the
baking area. It is shown on the display.
You can disable a mode by pressing the key again (it is not lit).
If you choose the program function, the convection and steam modes are disabled if they were
previously enabled.
By pressing the START/STOP key
, you start or stop the baking operation.
If you enable the START/STOP key with the door open, which is signalled by the blinking symbol,
the baking cycle is automatically interrupted and restarts once the door is closed.
