port of this product.
External PC is not connected. Make sure that the USB cable to the
External PC is connected to Interactive
USB Type-B port of this product.
USB external operation is not set
or incorrect with Media I/O. Make sure USB external operation is
correctly set with media I/O.

Selected channel is incorrect. Is the PC screen displayed on the OSD?
