REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
Note:
All the pictures in this manual are for explanation purpose only. They may be slightly different from the unit you purchased.
The actual shape shall prevail.
24.1 FILTER CLEANING
1)
Discharge the unit as described in
the paragraph 8.4.6.
2)
With a socket wrench of 27 (1),
unscrew the plug of the Y filter.
3)
Remove the metallic mesh filter
cartridges (2) and rinse it and brush
it carefully it under running water.
4)
Place the metallic mesh filter
cartridges in its position.
5)
Screw the plug filter.
6)
Charge the unit is described in the
Paragraph 8.4.5.
24.2 REPLACEMENT OF THE ELECTRIC HEATER
1)
Discharge the unit as described in the Paragraph 8.4.6.
2)
Remove the front panel as described in the Paragraph 22.1.
3)
Remove the top cover (1) after unscrewing the 4 fixing screws
4)
Remove the expansion vessel by unscrewing its pipe union.
5)
Unscrew the electric heater (2) from the collector.
6)
Screw the new electric heater or alternatively fix a plug of 1" ½ on the collector.
7)
Connect the expansion vessel.
8)
Charge the unit as described in the Paragraph 8.4.5.
9)
Fix the top panel.
10)
Replace the front panel.
