5.26 Macros Command
MSC-GCP2U32 only
Query or assign the Mascot commands executed when pressing the
M1-M4
macro buttons. The value is a
JSON array of up to 4 Mascot command strings for each macro button. The default macros set the current
PanelProfile
value to one of the first 4 profiles. The value is stored and recalled on power up.
NOTE:
Multiple commands can be executed for a single button by separating them with the command chain
character '#'.

JSON string value should be enclosed in single quotes.

The first example is a query for the current Macros which shows the default values (which select the current
PanelProfile). The second command assigns Preset Recall commands for the first 4 presets for each macro
button.
5.27 MascotVer Command
Query Mascot protocol version. This is useful for software which interacts with a device using the Mascot
protocol and wants to discover what protocol version is in use. The returned value is either an integer such as
"2" or major and minor version numbers separated by a period, such as "2.3".
