The above virtual matrix uses remap matrices to define a 2 level virtual system using 2 separate devices. The
first virtual matrix level uses level 1 of the 1st device in the routers array, reverses the order of sources and
swaps destination 2 and 3. The 2nd virtual matrix level uses 4 sources and destinations in order from level 2 of
the 2nd device in the frames array.

The above defines a duplicated source virtual matrix to create a 16x128 system using two 16x64 devices. The
