4 Inner thighs, knee muscles
Sit with your legs spread in a V-shaped Grasp the handles with both hands and go
forward as it goes. Then return to the original position with the engaging of the
abdominal muscles. Repeat the exercise.
5 arm / biceps sitting position
Grasp the handles behind back and go as far as it goes. Then return to the starting
position with the engaging of the abdominal muscles. Repeat exercises.
6 Sitting exercises
Sit comfortably on a chair and grasp the handle with both
hands. Make sure that the arrow is pointing at you. Pull the
front chest. Then return to the starting position. Repeat
exercises.
7 exercises over head
Lean against the wall. Grasp the handles with both hands with thumbs up. Pull the arm
up, then return to starting position with engaging of the abdominal muscles. Repeat
exercises.
8 vertical exercise
Stand facing the wall. Grasp the handles with both hands. Pull the arm up, then return to
starting position with engaging of th abdominal muscles. Repeat exercises.
