FOLDING:
Insert the handle into the rotary axle, push button by
finger and attach it to the hole of axle. And if you want
it back unfold, push button by finger to jump out of
the hole and remove the handle without much
trouble.
Caution for use:
1. This product uses resistance of tension of spring to activate your arms or legs.
2. be careful to use right direction. Arrow must show towards. If you tur nit, power of spring won´t be sufficient.
3. Once the product is folded and used without any problem, it is not necessary to unfold it again.
EXERCISE:
1A/1B abdominal muscles -kneel down on the mat. Grasp the
handles and go forward as far as you can. Then return to the
starting position for strengthening the abdominal muscles.
Repeat exercises.
2 Knee muscles in sitting position
Sit comfortably, put your feet on the handle and go forward as possible. Then return
to the starting position. Repeat exercises.
3 V – knee muscles
Sit with your legs spread in a V-shaped Grasp the handles with both hands and go
forward with a straight back as far as possible. Then return to the starting position
with the engaging of the abdominal muscles. Repeat the exercise.
