Removing the seal and the static face—pumps with a single mechanical seal

•

Remove the mechanical seal from the rear of the pump housing.

•

Remove the static face from the mechanical seal.

•

You can now access the seal housing O-ring in its groove in the pump housing (arrowed above),

and the two O-rings in the mechanical seal (arrowed below).

Note

: The mechanical seal is a tight push fit.
