Una volta posta la macchina sull'eventuale mezzo di trasporto, assicurarsi che rimanga
bloccata nella sua posizione.
Fissare la macchina al piano su cui è appoggiato mediante l’ausilio di funi adatte alla
massa di cui si intende bloccare il movimento (vedere «Dati tecnici» per il peso).
Dette funi devono essere fissate saldamente alla macchina e ben tese verso il punto di anco-
raggio sul piano di appoggio.
Una volta effettuato il trasporto, prima di liberare la macchina da tutti i vincoli, verificare
che lo stato e la posizione dello stesso siano tali da non costituire pericolo. Togliere quindi
le funi, e procedere allo scarico con gli stessi mezzi e modalità previsti per il carico.
Transito e trasporto su strade pubbliche
Quando si transita su strade pubbliche è necessario accertarsi delle leggi e regolamenta-
zioni vigenti per il transito.
ATTENZIONE
Prima di immettersi su strade pubbliche con la macchina agganciata al trattore
verificare la presenza e l’efficienza dei dispositivi di illuminazione e/o del segnale di
veicolo lento e/o di carico sporgente.
Questi indicatori devono trovarsi sul retro della macchina operatrice in posizione
ben visibile da ogni mezzo che sopraggiunga posteriormente.
3.2 MACCHINE FORNITE PARZIALMENTE MONTATE
Per motivi di ingombro possono essere fornite macchine con gruppi sciolti o staccati (co-
munque contenuti nello stesso imballaggio).
Curare il montaggio di queste parti, riferendosi anche alle tavole del catalogo ricambi. In
particolare, rispettare i valori della coppie di serraggio delle viti a corredo, come indicato in
tabella a pag. 28.
3.3 PRIMA DELL'USO
Norme generali
La macchina è provvista di impianto indipendente di funzionamento costituito da pompe,
motore, moltiplicatore di giri, serbatoio olio, distributore e scambiatore di calore (opzionale).
Questo viene alimentato dal mezzo attraverso collegamento alla presa di forza (PTO)
dello stesso mediante albero cardanico.
Alcune funzioni possono essere connesse direttamente agli attacchi rapidi del mezzo e
funzionare tramite questi.
L’olio mandato in circolo dalle pompe ai martinetti permette i diversi movimenti del braccio
articolato e della testata utensile e al motore aziona la funzione propria di quest’ultima.
La macchina può essere allestita con diverse testate utensili, costruite dalla Ditta
Costruttrice, secondo le necessità operative.
È inoltre possibile dotare la macchina dell’accessorio opzionale soffiatore per la pulizia
del bordo stradale dal materiale trinciato.
Once the machine is positioned on the vehicle, make sure that it remains
blocked in its
position.
Fasten the machine on the platform of the vehicle by means of cables suitable for the
mass which must be blocked (see «Technical Data» for the weight). The cables must be
firmly fastened to the machine and pulled taut to the anchorage point on the platform.
Once transport has been carried out and before freeing the machine from all its fastenings,
make sure that its state and position are such as not to constitute danger. Remove the
cables and proceed to unloading with the same means and methods used for loading.
Transit and transporting on the public highways
When driving on the public roads, fit on the rear reflector triangles, side lights and flashing
beacon and always make sure that you comply with the Highway Code and any other
applicable regulations.
ATTENTION
Before driving on to the public roads with the machine hitched to the tractor, make
sure that the devices listed above and/or the slow vehicle signal and/or the project-
ing load signal operate correctly. These indicators must be affixed to the rear of the
implement in a position where they can be clearly seen by any other vehicle that
drives up behind.
3.2 MACHINES SUPPLIED PARTLY BROKEN-DOWN
When large volumes are involved, machines can be supplied with parts detached or re-
moved (but always in the same packing units). Execute these installation operations with
the utmost care. Refer to the list of parts in the Spare Parts Catalogue.In particular, apply
the screw tightening torques as listed in the Chart on page 28.
3.3 BEFORE USE
General regulations
The machine is equipped with an independent operating system comprising pumps, mo-
tor, overdrive, oil tank, valve gear and heat exchanger (optional).
It is powered by the vehicle through the connection to its PTO via the driveline.
Some of the functions can be connected straight to the vehicle’s quick couplings and can
operate through these.
The oil supplied to the rams by the pumps allows the articulated arm and tool head to
accomplish various different movements, as well as activating the motor.
The machine can be outfitted with various tool heads produced by the Manufacturer to suit
the various operating requirements.
The machine can also be equipped with the optional fan accessory for clearing the cut
vegetation away from the road side.
