leading

 

to

 

the

 

breaking

 

of

 

their

 

outer

 

cage.

 

Therefore

 

it

 

is

 

very

 

important

 

to

 

remember

 

and

 

fully

 

understand

 

the

 

importance

 

of

 

the

 

correct

 

tightening

 

of

 

the

 

rotor

 

head

  

bolt.

  

The

  

operator

 

must

  

strictly

  

comply

 

with

  

the

  

procedures

 

listed

 

above.

The

 

rotor

 

disassembly

 

consists

 

in

 

a

 

few

 

easy

 

steps.

 

Notwithstanding

 

the

 

easiness

 

of

 

this

 

operation,

 

it

 

must

 

be

 

done

 

with

 

the

 

greatest

 

care.

 

An

 

adequate

 

area

 

must

 

be

 

prepared

 

to

 

rest

 

the

 

rotor

 

once

 

it

 

has

 

been

 

removed

 

from

 

the

 

gyroplane.

 

 

To

   

avoid

   

damages

   

to

   

the

   

blades,

   

it

   

is

   

strongly

   

recommended

   

to

   

use

   

stable

   

platforms

   

on

   

which

   

to

 

disassemble

 

the

 

blades.

 

Furthermore,

 

it

 

is

 

advisable

 

to

 

use

 

anti

‐

scratch

 

coverings

 

on

 

the

 

surfaces

 

to

 

avoid

 

superficial

 

damages,

 

scratches

 

and

 

rubbing

 

to

 

the

 

blades.
