the Smart encoding module.  If the front Card Sensor 
remains unblocked for more than 5 seconds it will be

mechanism into the print engine module.  If the front 
Sensor remains unblocked for more than 3 seconds it 
assumes a Card is trapped in the Flipper mechanism.

Error can occur while moving a Card from the print engine 
module to the Flipper mechanism.  If the front Sensor 
remains blocked for more than 5 seconds it assumes a 
Card is trapped in the Flipper mechanism.  The Flipper 
will try to intialise but the Flipper Sensor will not change 
as a Card is trapped.

Error can occur while moving a Card towards the back of 
the Printer to the standby position.  Standby position is a 
Card in the middle Card Sensor.  If the front Sensor has 
remained unblocked for 2 seconds the error will occur.  
This sequence is performed during the magnetic 
verification cycle while the Card is moving forwards.

Error can occur while trying to move a Card towards the 
back of the Printer to the standby position.  Standby 
position is a Card in the middle Card Sensor.  If the 
middle Sensor has remained unblocked for 2 seconds the 
error will occur.  This sequence is performed after the 
magnetic verification cycle while the Card is moving 
forwards.

Error can be shown if the front Sensor is blocked when 
trying to initialise the Flipper.  If it fails to unblock by 
rewinding the main Stepper motor) and block the mid 
Sensor within 4 seconds the error will be shown.
