To further enhance the support already available to Magicard Customers, the Magicard Web site contains useful
information on both problem solving and operation of the Rio Pro Printer. The web site is available 24 hours per day at

SECTION 6.4

RECOMMENDED TOOLS

The following tools are recommended to support the Magicard Rio Pro in the field:

IBM PC or IBM Compatible Clone:

Pentium 600 MHz or faster (with USB support)
128 MBytes memory or higher
10 Gigabyte Hard Drive
8 speed CD ROM or faster
SVGA monitor with greater than 800 x 600 screen resolution.

Recommended PC Software:

Microsoft Windows software (Win 2000 onwards).
Rio Pro Windows Driver (preferably version 1.6.5.0 or later).
Magicard Support Utility SIN1926 (loaded separately via the Driver CD).
Graphics program such as Corel Draw, Photopaint or Paint Shop Pro.
Microsoft Office.
Badge Printing Application.

Engineers Tool Kit:

Anti-static wrist strap
Pozi blade screwdriver, preferably 150mm long or greater.
Torx Driver Size 10.
