SECTION 12.2 HARDWARE PROBLEMS

Cards are not being taken from the
Card holder at the back.
1. Cards are stuck together with static.
2. Card feed roller may be dirty and not
gripping the Cards.
3. Card feed roller is not rotating

Separate the Cards to remove the
static
2. Clean the Printer using the
recommended Magicard Cleaning
Cards.
3. Remove the base and check the
integrity of the Roller, Drive Belt
and motor.

Printer switches off automatically

1. Loose PSU connection on the back of
the Printer.
