Greasing Procedure

Greasing points are identified on the machine by decals showing a grease gun and grease interval in hours of operation.
Grease point layout decals are located on the header and on the right side of the float module.

DANGER

To prevent injury or death from the unexpected start-up of the machine, always stop the engine and remove the key
from the ignition before leaving the operator

1.

Wipe the grease fitting with a clean cloth before greasing to
avoid injecting it with dirt and grit.

IMPORTANT:

Use clean, high-temperature, extreme-pressure grease only.

2.

Inject the grease through the fitting with a grease gun until
grease overflows the fitting (except where noted).

3.

Leave the excess grease on the fitting to keep the dirt out.

4.

Replace any loose or broken grease fittings immediately.

5.

Remove and thoroughly clean any fitting that will not take
grease. Also clean the lubricant passageway. Replace the
fitting if necessary.
