Unlock workstations

to unlock the end user(s) and to remove the

: By unlocking an end user’s workstation, all records in this

list pertaining to that end user are removed from the list.

Access User Summary details

1. To access details about an end user’s online activity, first

click the user’s record to highlight it.

2. Next, click

User Summary

to display the User Summary

panel where you can monitor that end user’s online
activity and lock him/her out of designated areas of the
Internet/network. (See Monitor, Restrict End User Activity
for details about using the User Summary panel.)
