AdwareSafe Pop-up Blocker

If Pop-up Blocking is Enabled

1. In the Options page (see Fig. C-1), enter your

Username

and

Password

.

2. Press and hold the

Ctrl

key on your keyboard while

simultaneously clicking the

Override

button—this action

opens the override account pop-up window.

Temporarily Disable Pop-up Blocking

AdwareSafe’s SearchSafe toolbar lets you toggle between
enabling pop-up blocking (# popups blocked) and disabling
pop-up blocking (Popup protection off) by clicking the pop-
up icon.

1. In the IE browser, go to the SearchSafe toolbar and click

the icon for # popups blocked to toggle to Popup protec-
tion off. This action turns off pop-up blocking.

2. In the Options page (see Fig. C-1), enter your

Username

and

Password

.

3. Click the

Override

button to open the override account

pop-up window.

4. Go back to the SearchSafe toolbar and click the icon for

Popup protection off to toggle back to # popups blocked.
This action turns on pop-up blocking again.
