enabled and the record pertains to an approved video),
Filter Action set up in the profile (Pass, Block, reserved for
ER/SR, Warn, Warned, X Strike, Quota); By Method—the
method used in creating the entry (SE Keyword, URL
Keyword, URL, Wildcard, Strict HTTPS, Filter Action,
Pattern, File Type, Moderate HTTPS); Keyword (displays
the matching keyword if the method is an SE Keyword or a
URL Keyword); URL in Libraries, and Requested URL.
