SMTP Server Settings window

The SMTP Server Settings window displays when SMTP 
Server Settings is selected from the Alert menu. This 
window is used for entering settings for the Simple Mail 
Transfer Protocol that will be used for sending email alert 
messages to specified administrators.

Enter, Edit SMTP Server Settings

1. Enter the 

SMTP Server

 name, for example: 

mail.logo.com

. 

2. By default, the 

SMTP Server Port

 number used for 

sending email is 

25

. This should be changed if the 

sending mail connection fails.

3. By default, the 

Email queue size

 is 

50

. This can be 

changed to specify the maximum number of requests 
that can be placed into the queue awaiting an available 
outbound connection.
