Remove blank flange from vacuum valve.

Unlock valve locking ring and slowly open valve. Vent with dry

Remove top flange.

Loosen snubber lock nuts and screws.

Remove chamber cover from service ring. Keep bottom flange
clean and protect O-ring surface.
