Add Rally function (partial times)
Used for measuring successive events but not the in-
tervals between them. Each result is automatically
added to the preceding one. To time the different stages
of a car rally, for example:
At the start of the first stage, press push-piece
A
to
start
the chronograph.
At the end of the first stage, press push-piece

again
and the chronograph will
stop
.
Repeat this procedure for each stage of the rally. At the
end of the final stage the chronograph will show the to-
tal time of the rally, in other words, the accumulated time
for all the stages.

Tachometric scale for riders
This scale comprises graduations on the dial of your
chronograph. It can only be used to measure speeds of
between 34 kph and 70 kph over a time period of at least
50 seconds.
Measure the time required to cover
1 km. The position of the seconds
hand upon completion of the 1 km
indicates the mean speed.
Start:

Speed:
in this example, the horse has taken 65 seconds
to cover one kilometre, with an averge speed of around
