Always check first, then cut!
Check cutting progress according to the latest wiring diagram.
Consider tolerance ranges.
Consider height differences in the course.
Pay attention to unrecorded local changes.
Mark the cutting area clearly.
Do not cut within the tolerance range.
If in doubt, check with a search device or consult a utility company.
WARNING
Load-bearing capacity of the work surface
Death or injury from break-in or tipping over.
Make sure the surface that is used for cutting meets the load-bearing capacity.
When cutting, make sure the floor saw and the staff are not on the side to be cut off.
WARNING
Inhaling crystalline silica dust
During the cutting process, fine silica dust can develop, which irreversibly damages the lungs (silicosis).
Wear personal respiratory protection.
Change and wash dusty work clothes after the end of the work.
Do not smoke, eat or drink during operation.
CAUTION
Burn hazard
The tailpipe becomes hot during operation and may cause burns.
Avoid skin contact
Wear personal protective equipment.
Allow to cool before working.
WARNING
High-pressure fluid injection hazard
A pinhole in a damaged high pressure hydraulic hose can inject oil under the skin. This can cause gangrene
and may lead to amputation.
Always keep hydraulic hoses in good shape
Check lines with a piece of cardboard, not your bare hands
Wear your personal protective equipment
If you suspect to have a fluid injection injury, go to the nearest Hospital Emergency Unit
IMMEDIATELY!
