edited to a message of your choice. The message may contain up to 40 alphanumeric characters. Note: The hardware
link must be removed before you can make changes. If the menu is 'locked' (or if WP9 is the selected input option) the
message NOT ALLOWED will be displayed .

It is not normally necessary to alter this setting. In previous versions fan puff ‘on was the default setting and in
some circumstances where the noise of the fan puff was considered intrusive, it was possible to disable the
fan puff, leaving the fan to run at a constant low speed during normal operation. This is now the default
setting. In either case the overall operation of the thermal management system is not affected.
