multi-Rack Baking
You can bake foods with excellent results using multiple racks
because heated air is circulated evenly throughout the oven.
Multi-rack baking may increase cook times slightly for some
foods but the overall result is time saved.
Cookies, muffins, biscuits and other quick breads give very
good results with multi-rack baking.
When baking larger food items using 2 racks, place the first
rack in position C and the second rack in position E.
When baking larger food items using 3 racks, place the first
rack in position B, the second rack in position D and the third
rack in position F.
WARm
This function will maintain an oven temperature of 170°F.
The WARM function will keep cooked food warm for serving
up to 3 hours after cooking has finished. The Warm function
may be used without any other cooking operations or can be
used after cooking has finished using TIMED BAKE or DE-
LAYED TIMED BAKE.
Setting the WARM function:

Touch the
WARM
key.

Touch the
CLEAR OFF
key at any time to cancel.
To set the WARM function after timed cooking:

Select the cooking function.

Enter the oven temperature using the number keys.

Touch the
COOK TIME
key and enter the cooktime
using the number keys.

WARM
key.

Touch the
START
key.

When cooking is finished, touch the
CLEAR OFF
key to
cancel the WARM function.

When convection baking
with only 1 rack, follow the
rack positions
recommended in the
“Using the Oven” section.
NOTE
The WARM function is intended to keep food warm.
Do not use it to cool food down.
NOTE
If
CLEAR OFF
is touched prior to the delay functions
starting all settings will be canceled.
